Good question! The service case that hopefully does not occur will show whether it was a good fit. I have had excellent experiences with previous HP on-site service packages. Even though it was ultimately my user error that was fixed within 60 seconds, it was worth it. The service was on site within 24 hours and even had an identical replacement device as a precaution. First-class HP service.
I am of the opinion that it is not compatible. I could not license it in any case.
It is not clear which Care Pack fits. My enquiry could not be answered.
