I started the unit from the Learn-Stick (Debian). That ran quite quickly. Gimp under Windows 10 was too slow, loading time almost two minutes. In the meantime, there is a version with a 125 GB SSD that is even better suited for Linux. In the meantime, we are changing the hard drives to SSD hard drives because Windows constantly accesses the hard drive, which is annoying. But swapping the hard disks is a bit tedious (even with practice, it takes almost half an hour).

According to the data collected, the HP 250 G6 with Celeron processor does not support RAM upgrade - it has a soldered module, so the only upgrade left to significantly increase system and OS responsiveness is to replace the hard drive with an SSD, which should be a standard 2.5" SATA drive such assystem and operating system responsiveness is to replace the hard drive with an SSD, which must be a standard 2.5" SATA drive such as : https://www.galaxus.ch/comparison/7331523-7331525-7331543-16717296 or similar.

Unfortunately no, if you have a valid W7 licence and a suitable w7 installation CD, you can install it later. Please check first if all drivers are available for W7. Greetings computer24
