I would recommend the product variant with 128 GB SSD, because today memory for pictures can be used externally at low cost and 128GB is more than enough for the operating system and programmes.
In my experience, there is no such thing as back-free television with streaming, but not because of a slow device but because the servers always break down when there are high access numbers, e.g. during decisive rallies in tennis. If you want to solve this problem, you don't need a faster PC but satellite or cable TV.
