Does Digitec have an adapter ring for this polarising filter so that I can also use it on a lens with a diameter of 77mm.

Can this CPL filter be combined with the Hoya Pro 1000x ND filter?

The CPL filter does not have an external thread - i.e. if the ND has one, then there is no reason why you cannot screw the CPL onto the ND filter. However, I would only recommend this to a very limited extent - depending on the lens, this can lead to ugly edge effects if you string too many filters together.
