The diameter is 55 mm. So you could use this item: Hoya Digital Filter Kit II (UV, CIR-PL & ND8) Filterset (55 mm, ND- / Graufilter, Polarisationsfilter, UV-Filter)
That depends on the lens that is on it. You can't screw filters onto the M50 II.
The three filters are supplied together with an ideally fitting filter bag in which you can store the filters for protection.

If the lens has an 82mm filter thread, then yes. Nikon must make over 80 different lenses with different filter threads. We have no way of knowing which one you have
You can't screw a filter onto a camera. You screw it onto lenses. And we don't know which lens is mounted. This set can be mounted on lenses with a diameter of 58mm.
If the lens has a filter thread with a diameter of 55mm, then yes. Otherwise not.

It does not depend on the Camera body but on the lens itself. Normally there is a diameter written on the front part of the lens ( in mm)
"55mm" refers to the diameter of the filter, not the focal length. You can simply measure the diameter on your lens or Google the model.
The 15-45mm lens has a 49mm filter thread.
Yes, the polarising filter can be rotated.
Yes, they are. You have to make sure that the lens has a matching thread at the front, and not a fixed lens hood. And of course the correct size of the lens, which is labelled with a Ø number on the front of the lens.

I wouldn't know why not, canon uses the same threads as the rest of the industry.
Unfortunately, there is no room for manoeuvre. There may be diameters larger than 85mm (95mm as far as I know), which you could then mount with an adapter ring.

Yes, filters almost always have the same front and rear threads. An exception is of course a step-up or step-down filter where the threads are specifically different.

The Hoya Digital 3x Filter Kit 49mm filter thread fits the Canon lens EF-M 15-45mm. Always pay attention to the filter thread specifications on the lenses (depending on the focal length range) as an example Canon lens EF-M 18-150mm filter thread 55mm).
