What's the difference, a mobile from digitec, Galaxus or cheap technology? What is for me the most relevant difference. I don't think digitec produces its own mobile phones. If Galaxus wants 50CHF more than cheap technology, but not even 300CHF for a mobile, do I have to worry about that?

According to DHL, I should have received the smartphone on 30/04/25! No device seen until today! No contact with DHL without smartphone (only WhatsApp) Reported to GALAXUS, no answer so far. That was the last order with GALAXUS!
