I just installed it, it doesn't sound "clear" on the interface or directly on the laptop, I must be doing something wrong, please help. Damke

Hello Junami, please describe "clear" in more detail. Noise, high-pitched whistling, booming, air blowing etc.? Do you listen to music with a lot of bass and very loud?
