Seems unlikely to me, since only one function can be assigned. In my case: release the camera. Scrolling would already be back and forth ... And then the reading software on the iPad would also have to be accessible - perhaps with an AppleRemote or a presenter?

Hi Escapet I was able to connect the remote shutter release to the mobile phone via Bluetooth and then use the standard installed camera normally.
