Here is the response from our department responsible: These are litres, not measurements of the aquarium. How many litres of water will it hold? This one runs from 100 to 400 litres and the temperature can go down to 4°C, so 14 should not be a problem. However, this system is not meant to be a permanent solution, it is intended for short overclocking sessions. Regarding the installation, I could find the following information: The choice of the installation location is very important: - The cooler should not be used outside. - It must be placed in a well ventilated area, so a storage room is not suitable for the chiller, because sooner or later it will be used in a room with a large number of people. A storage room is therefore not suitable for the cooler, as it would sooner or later become too hot to ensure trouble-free operation. - Direct sunlight makes the plastic of the casing brittle in the long term, so you should not place it directly against a window, etc. - It should be placed at least 20 cm away from walls, etc. in an optimal way, so that an optimal ventilation can be achieved. - The cooler must not be covered under any circumstances. - When the cooler is in operation, do not move it, as this may cause it to malfunction. - It may only be used horizontally, i.e. it may not be placed on its side, etc. - The power supply must only be provided by cables with a corresponding cross-section. It is therefore preferable to place the cooler next to the computer, especially as it needs sufficient air at the rear, as the cooler's exhaust air is "blown" in. Because of the proximity of the PC you can also simply hose down the traffic. The inlets and outlets are located at the cooler accordingly, so the direction of flow must also be observed. If the circuit is mounted, one catches to fill them slowly, use only one pump at a time! ATTENTION: In such a cooler fits a huge amount of water, absolutely sufficient distilled water etc. When filling, take care of yourself, as with any normal Wakü, check for leaks, if necessary you have to interrupt the filling process. Before connecting the cooler to a proper power source, you should check again if everything is really tight and make sure that the cooler is 100% tight and filled. You can then connect the cooler to the power supply. As soon as this happens, it will indicate the current water temperature. The compressor, etc. should NOT start at this time. https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/2/0/5/7/2/4/2/Anleitung-Chiller-deutsch.pdf As for the noise, it doesn't seem to say so but as it's not a permanent solution anyway, it shouldn't be a problem.
