Questions about Griffon S-39 Universal Flussmittel

I think it's better suited to brazing (copper pipes) than soldering electronic components. I haven't tested it yet. There's a brush under the cap. I'm looking for a no-clean flux, but that's apparently reserved for professional accounts.
