I have now had the opportunity to test this myself and the adhesive pad has lasted all day. With constant temperature changes, the fire house outside and back again.

Yes, Gopro have not changed the mounts as far as I know. Also work with DJI action cams.

Yes according to the brand it's compatible. :)
also works with the Hero 8
The holders all have adhesive pads on the underside.
These adhere very well to a smooth surface.
