Thank you for your honest feedback! I am happy to pass this on to all the departments concerned so that we can learn from it and improve our processes.
Unfortunately, due to the delay, we do not yet have any more detailed information on this. Please contact our customer service directly regarding your order so that you can be helped accordingly.

I wrote to support and this was the reply:
"I was happy to look into your request and regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a definitive delivery date for the Google Pixel 9. Google would like to start delivering the products from calendar week 37, but unfortunately exact dates and quantities are not yet available."
The best way to do this is to contact our customer service team directly at https://www.galaxus.ch/help. Your enquiry can then be checked individually.
This may vary depending on the date on which you placed the pre-order. If the information available in your customer area concerning the availability of goods is not clear, we will be happy to help you by e-mail, chat or telephone: https://www.galaxus.ch/help
We are currently awaiting a new delivery in our warehouse in order to be able to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will be informed by email.🫡
We work with daily prices, which can be influenced by various factors such as purchasing conditions, stock levels and supply and demand. It can therefore sometimes happen that older models are more expensive than the current ones.

According to my research, the Google Pixel 9 Pro in Porcelain is not available with 512 GB, as even Google does not offer this configuration in its own store. We can offer the 512 GB version in Obsidian and Hazel.
Hello, yes you can use the smartphone without restrictions, but there are a few AI software functions that Google only releases in America, but these are not so exciting.
According to Graphene OS, this device is supported. However, we have no personal experience with this system.
The question remains in the Community, perhaps other members have experience reports and can help you further.
***Digitec that was really weak***
It's not a question but a feedback about Digitec's really weak customer service. Didn't want to write it in the reviews.
Digitec started advertising the P9P immediately after the product launch and I ordered the P9P Hazel 512gb a few hours later. Delivery date 23.08.... I phoned support on 22 August, 23 August and the following week and was always given completely wrong information. On 22 August they said that it was being released today and would therefore be with me on 23 August. On 23 August I was told that it would arrive next week. Then they said they would clarify it and get back to me.... I never heard anything again. Then when it said "delivery date being clarified" for days. I cancelled everything. Ordered directly from google last week and now it's been dispatched....
My point is not that you couldn't deliver digitec. My point is that the employees are giving out misinformation or outright lying because they have no idea. So if you're already doing a pre-order campaign and not honouring the delivery dates, then please at least send an email and inform the customers. Instead of annoying them with misinformation.
In the meantime, the P9P Hazel 512gb states that delivery is October/November.... Where it once said 22/08... Difficult.
Well, I'm now enjoying my Pixel and hope that you communicate better internally so that it is also received externally.
I'm not directly dependent on the part, but it does make you wonder...
Do you really think that Digitec is reacting appropriately to delivery problems? Informing the customer even after weeks without a single word about what's going on?
I want to know what's going on here! Why is Google delivering the phone and you're obviously getting nothing? Or is it even the fault of the "dust particles in the camera" gate?
Please inform us transparently where the dog is buried!
The Pixel 9 series (except 9a) have the satellite SOS emergency call, which you can use if you have neither a mobile phone signal nor WLAN. According to Google, this satellite SOS emergency call should also be available in Switzerland.
The satellite SOS emergency call can be tested in "Settings" / "Security and emergency" / "Satellite SOS" by clicking on "Demo". This allows you to test whether the Pixel can make contact with the satellite.
Has anyone been able to test this function in Switzerland so that the Pixel was able to establish a connection with the satellite? I am grateful for all answers.
