Other people have already had this phone for over a month now. At this point is it even a pre-order anymore? I am thinking about getting it from Germany (or any other EU or Asian country) or just waiting for samsung's s23 ultra at this point. Not to mention this "pre-order" didn't even include the watch and it's already been late twice with 0 warning. In the US it'll already by on sale for black friday.
I am also a bit disappointed... I think you should only give dates if you are sure you can keep them... otherwise it is a joke at the expense of the customer... This is now the second Saturday on which the device should have been delivered. I was at home all day to receive the package (I mean, who likes to leave a 1000.- device lying around in the letterbox?!). I fully understand if the "supplier" doesn't deliver the goods and this causes delays in delivery... But who, please, always comes up with these delivery dates that are then not met? I hope for an early delivery, dear Digitec team... but I expect much more correct delivery details, if any are given... rather write "no exact delivery details" instead of keeping the customers warm...
I have the Pixel 7 GVU6C and 5G does not work for me on the Salt network. Salt has not been able to help me so far.
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this yet. As soon as the product becomes available for us through our suppliers, we will be able to check a possible inclusion.
I can confirm this. It is a nano and an eSIM! So digital SIM
yes, Wifi Calling with Swisscom works flawlessly
The first delivery of these devices arrived late and reduced, so these delivery date emails were sent. If you received an email with shipped after that, you are one of the lucky ones who will receive their Pixel 7 today/tomorrow. It's best to keep an eye on your personal order and check the shipment tracking if available.
Yes, that's right, neither Apple nor Samsung nor Google supply a power adapter with the devices, which is definitely a pity, because many people surely have an older charger at home that does not allow fast charging. So people are giving away a huge advantage of fast charging for modern devices. Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco and also other manufacturers still supply power supply units (in the case of a Redmi Note 11 Pro +, for example, it is even a 120 watt power supply unit and the phone costs just around 400 Swiss francs, the battery is fully charged in approx. 20 minutes, which is gentle because two battery cells are installed in the phone, sufficient for 800+ charging cycles).
In this case, please contact our customer service team directly so that they can help you. It can be assumed that this is a product fault. https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new
I have noticed that I cannot charge with any cable. I get a message about checking the charging cable, for whatever reason🤔 Have you tried different cables? Greetings Jürgen
Yes, "used and inspected" are returned goods.
I bought a mail order return with 256GB the condition was perfect not even fingerprints:) give it a chance
Yes, if you don't already have something suitable in your household. Most of the big manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, etc) have not included a USB power supply with their smartphones for some time now. This is not a special Google thing. In most cases, it is assumed that the user is already equipped enough. Especially since USB is universal and any suitable USB socket can be used for charging. The lack of a power supply also bears the title "waste avoidance".
Hello, I don't know because WiFi (WLAN) is almost unusable, extremely poor reception.
Do we have a crystal ball? The tablet is not yet available anywhere anyway. But I strongly assume that Digitec will also sell this tablet. This sales strategy by Google really gets on my nerves anyway. When will Google manage to sell the devices worldwide or at least in more countries? The Pixel Phone is not even officially available in Switzerland. But I guess Google doesn't care about that.
Unfortunately not. Any physical damage is not covered by the warranty.
In principle, you can use any USB-C power supply for charging. Preferably one that supports the PD 3.0 (Power Delivery) charging technology supported by the Pixel 7. https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/producttype/usb-ladegeraet-463?filter=t_14834%3D379563%2Cnr_965%3D30%3A2300 You can use a power supply with a higher wattage. The smartphone will not be damaged by too many watts. It only uses as much as it needs. However, a larger power supply has reserves for another device or can charge two or more other USB devices at the same time.
So far, I have never had a bad experience in this regard. It has always worked for me and I need it quite a lot for navigation.
Sorry, shouldn't be here but I can't delete the entry either.
