Other people have already had this phone for over a month now. At this point is it even a pre-order anymore? I am thinking about getting it from Germany (or any other EU or Asian country) or just waiting for samsung's s23 ultra at this point. Not to mention this "pre-order" didn't even include the watch and it's already been late twice with 0 warning. In the US it'll already by on sale for black friday.
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this yet. As soon as the product becomes available for us through our suppliers, we will be able to check a possible inclusion.

Yes both usable, ESim profile must be downloaded. Attention 5G with Salt does not work at all, as they apparently do not support each other...
I can confirm for a black Pixel 7 Pro that Sunrise 5G works. Even in Germany when roaming, which was not the case with the Pixel 6 Pro. https://pixel.withgoogle.com/5G/

As far as I know, they are currently only available in the USA.
