Of the over 2000 sold, a few came back, the most common reason being a damaged package.
What is also striking about this smartphone is that people don't like to buy opened ones, mainly those in their original packaging.
It could be that this is a product fault. In this case, please contact our customer service team directly so that they can help you.

I recommend using geizhals.de / .at with the browser translator if necessary.
There you can set something like this as a filter and only shops that offer the device version you are looking for will be displayed without you having to look at the manufacturer.
I often end up at Galaxus in this way, but the article description in the shop is still very much in need of improvement, so I use Geizhals as a portal for searching for Galaxus articles.
As our prices are strongly based on the market price, it may take some time.
We also currently still have in stock items that we have already purchased and paid for.
Sometimes the reason is the power supply unit if it is an imported device. But the Pixel doesn't have a power supply^^. Maybe the customs? Although that's not ultra-likely if they come in big boxes.
The item can be registered for a chargeable repair via your user profile. After sending in the item, the relevant service centre will send you a cost estimate.
Unfortunately, I don't know if there is a restriction with Sunrise. Only the provider itself could answer that question. There are many entries on the Internet saying that it doesn't work with some and does with others. Many still have to activate it first.
Unfortunately have no answer on the choice of power supply/power adapter - but the same experience with shipping.
Smartphone was shipped in a (too big) cardboard box without padding - I was also (negatively) surprised.
Due to our daily prices, this can indeed change quickly, however, due to different suppliers and delivery conditions, there can be price differences compared to other suppliers, especially in international comparison. We always try to set a price in line with the market, but this is not possible for all products.
to potential users who may already own and use the Pixel 7:
Does Advanced Calling, VoLTE VoWIFI etc work with Swisscom and other providers?
Does 5G work on the correct frequency bands with corresponding download rates? or is 5G "faked on 4G"?
In the past, Swisscom in particular has represented quite a remarkable role here. For months, these features were prevented due to Swisscom's incorrect handling of carrier settings.
It is clear that Swisscom tried to put the "blame" on Google...
Thanks for the feedback.
Dear Cummunity, Dear lithium-ion battery experts, Dear Galaxus Support, Dear Pixel owners
I was able to pick up the Pixel 7 for my mum on Friday, full of anticipation, and was looking forward to setting it up like a little kid, because I've been a fan since my girlfriend got the Pixel 7a. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The device wouldn't switch on. Even after trying to bring the Pixel to life on the power supply, it initially failed. Only after about 5 minutes did the Pixel 7 display a battery charge level of 3%. 3%....wtf?? When delivered, electronic devices should always have a minimum battery level of 40%, right?!?!! I decided to cancel the exercise and remove the device from the Storm.
As I was already familiar with the phenomenon of "deep discharge" from my previous modelling hobby (I used lithium-ion and polymer batteries a lot), this "first contact" with the Pixel 7 made me even more suspicious. In almost all cases, deep discharge leads to permanent damage to the capacity of the battery. (Statement based on experience and current research.)
Well, now I have a few questions... How long was this device in stock? How quickly do your Pixel's discharge when switched off? Has anyone had the same experience? If so, that would probably mean that your device no longer has the full capacity guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Let me know guys if you have had similar experiences. Thank you.
