Yes is compatible with the Alpha 7III. Godox offers exceptional value for money. I have been using these cameras for five years.
Yes, this flash can be used with an A7iii. The Godox X1T-S TTL fits it perfectly from my own experience. The Godox XPro-S compatibility list also lists the flash, so the combination A7iii + XProS + V860II will also work fine.
As a master, I don't know. I control my Godox ad400 pro and the Godox V860II with the Wireless XPRO S. This works very well.

The flash has an IM shoe: this fits the Alpha 77 Mark2 and up. The SLT-A77V (Alpha 77V) still has the old shoe; for this you need this adapter: Sony ADP-AMA adapter shoe (Various)
I use it on the Sony A7M3. I'm not sure if they changed anything on the slide during the release (A7M2 to M3).
