The card should fit, but theres not much space left, card is 32cm (max. supported is 32cm). You also could run into some temperature problems (3080Ti gets pretty hot)
Your PSU could be to weak, dependent on your other components (recommended is min. 750W, try not to exceed 80% continuous load)
