Bought last week, F51. I think you can download an update via the Gigabyte site. Not necessary in my case, everything important (security patch, 3Gen processor supp, ecc) is already included with F51. And it works well.

Unfortunately, I have to disagree with Sandbackterie007. 700W as a power supply is completely sufficient for this configuration. I have a 10700K with 2080TI and my power load is not even 600W... And my PC still has a custom water cooling with many fans and RGB lighting. The power supply is not the best, but for a midrage gamer PC, it's enough!
I would also take another CPU. 5 Gen would be top, unfortunately not yet available everywhere... If it's urgent and you can't wait, I would also recommend a normal 3 Gen CPU from AMD - 3600 or 3600X.

I am really wondering how you lost the backplate. I recommend that you improvise by taking the exact measurements and having them milled, but I don't know how much it's worth it in terms of price. Hi, for a budget PC I wouldn't go for a 1tb ssd as it's overkill, go with a 250 or 500gb ssd and 1tb hdd and get a gtx 1660ti or a rx5600xt as the gtx 1050 is too bad for your budget and outdated. For the power supply I would take 500w because then you have enough power for sure.

The processor is compatible because it requires the AM4 socket which is installed on the mainboard. I can't help you with the chipset. You would have to clarify whether the Ryzen 3 3300x is compatible with the AMD B450 chipset.
