I didn't have any coil whirring either, but it also depends on the power supply unit if the power supply unit is overloaded, it can hum a little but is barely audible. Therefore take a power supply that has enough power.
You can find information about this on the product page of the "Used + Tested" offer in the "Warranty" section. As far as I can see, 24 months is stated for all three.

A code is not included. Accordingly, Galaxus will probably not participate.
Then it's best to buy it where it's cheapest.
Then you'd better buy somewhere else :)
