It's hard to compare the watches. The vivomove has a regular watch face with a small display for information, so it's more of a classic watch with smartwatch functions. And the vivoactive has a full display, so it's a fully-fledged smartwatch.

Yes, timer can be set directly on the clock.
Yes records the sleep cycle. I am not sure about the alarm function. It was displayed when I first set it.

Unfortunately not.
There is a function under the settings (cogwheel) on the clock with which the hands can be calibrated. Good luck.
