What are the biggest differences between the Vivomove HR and Garmin Vivoactive 3 (43mm, fibre-reinforced polymer, silicone)?
It's hard to compare the watches. The vivomove has a regular watch face with a small display for information, so it's more of a classic watch with smartwatch functions. And the vivoactive has a full display, so it's a fully-fledged smartwatch.
