I bought the product "INF silicone watch strap Garmin Forerunner 945/935, Garmin Fenix 5" via the online marketplace and am satisfied. Unfortunately, the product is no longer available on the platform I used. But it should still be possible to find it.

What's up no plan I would read the instructions. Why am I even being asked this? I bought the product from Galaxus and am now answering buyer questions. Galaxus what works for you? If you sell the product, then please answer the questions. Or do I get money from you? Or are we all going to be cool friends or what, hahaha e-commerce in the big sense. Distribute stock to producers, and questions to customers. You guys are awesome

Unfortunately, this cannot be said in advance, as there are only occasional import deliveries. Please note that a return is always possible within 30 days of delivery if the item does not meet your requirements. For further questions, you can contact our customer service directly: https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new.

I interpret the text for import as meaning that they are basically EU versions and only if these are not available do they occasionally resort to import versions. If it doesn't fit, you still have the 30-day right of return at Digitec Galaxus AG (used with 10% discount).

Hi, I used it for alpine skiing and had no issues. It autopaused when I was not moving and resumed when I resumed skiing. It also recognized if I was on a lift and then auto finish the previous downhill. I just had to push the start button at the beginning and stop at the end of my skiing day.

Unfortunately, I have no experience with this. But they did write specifically to get in touch with them via support.garmin.com - if that does not work, you could open a service case in your customer account (if you still have warranty coverage) and link everything important, send it in and see if Garmin in Switzerland handles it that way. But if it is not handled as a warranty case, you might have to pay expenses. :-(
