Hello These are the standard supported clock speeds that the CPU specifies (2133 and now new 2400Mhz). However, if the motherboard supports higher clock speeds, then this will also work with the CPU. Kind regards

The question is formulated somewhat specifically. There is a CPU, mainboard and RAMs. The only thing that makes a noise is the standard CPU cooler. The question of whether additional fans are needed cannot be answered simply, as you would have to know what you want to do with the PC? Overclocking with gaming, photo/video editing? Or a little surfing and office work? For the latter, a standard fan is perfectly adequate. In a regular case, you will hardly hear the fan.

All modern graphics cards use PCI slots. So yes.
