Question about Gaming Kaby Lake Upgrade-Bundle v2

The question is formulated somewhat specifically. There is a CPU, mainboard and RAMs. The only thing that makes a noise is the standard CPU cooler. The question of whether additional fans are needed cannot be answered simply, as you would have to know what you want to do with the PC? Overclocking with gaming, photo/video editing? Or a little surfing and office work? For the latter, a standard fan is perfectly adequate. In a regular case, you will hardly hear the fan.

What would be a (whisper-)quiet standard fan that would have to be purchased from you if overclocking in the sense of low noise is dispensed with?
