Only if the carpet is thin, dense and strong ..... on a typical thicker carpet it will crack because it will bend under load.

Floortex is a market leader in floor protection mats made of polycarbonate, which is anti-microbial and anti-static.

Yes, it is somewhat bendable. It also comes rolled up, with an approx. 30cm diameter.
Unfortunately it is not possible to have this dimension

Also in the hardware store "some plastic" costs a lot in the size... Only this plastic protects the floor -> "floor protection mat".

The material is polycarbonate and should be highly resistant to electricity. However, as far as I know, it does not have an extra anti-static coating.

It works for me with underfloor heating and laminate and has had no problems so far.
But I can't tell you if it is suitable, but normally there should be no problems.
