Questions about FiiO BTR5 2021 USB-C

Are there still firmware issues like with the first version/revision?: * Zero Bluetooth security: anyone can connect and tap the microphone. * Bluetooth cannot be switched off either. * Wrong sampling rate after switching from USB power state on laptop. The problem is with the unit, as evidenced by the incorrectly played internal beeps. * Buffering/sync problems (small to large and noticeable dropouts during playback). * FiiO ignores feedback and talks itself out of everything (unfortunately possibly an inherent cultural problem). * ... This version has the old firmware. Too bad. Super product idea, good hardware, miserable firmware.

Was there a reason given for the price increase? I'll probably wait until the price is lowered by a future sale. Shame really, as the only other option would be to order from abroad.
