The area for the keyboard is around 50x20cm. Do not expect to press on the drawer when you get up. It supports Keyboard, mouse and your arms hanging on the drawer. Not more
The Fellowes keyboard drawer is mounted under the desk. You will need the supplied mounting clips and screws. Here are the steps:
1. pull out one slider and attach it to the side of the keyboard tray with two half-inch chrome self-tappers.
2. repeat the process for the second slider on the other side.
3. attach the first mounting brackets to the sliders with the quarter-inch machine screws.
4) Use the drilling template to determine the position of the drill holes under the desk.
5. drill four holes and attach the drawer with the longer chrome self-tappers.
The tools required are a Phillips screwdriver, a drill, adhesive tape and a 3/32 inch drill bit.
In order to slide it under my desk completely, I needed 43 cm of flat space. With 31 cm of space, you'll have at least 13 cm of tray that extends, even when you've pushed it in all the way.
