Width 31.10 cm means I shouldn't buy it unless I have a flat surface under my desk at least that deep, correct?
In order to slide it under my desk completely, I needed 43 cm of flat space. With 31 cm of space, you'll have at least 13 cm of tray that extends, even when you've pushed it in all the way.
