All 3060s are and have always been LHR. And now they all have the GA106-302 chip, with which the leaked 470.05 driver that bypasses LHR does not work.
Digitec doesn't have any suitable WaKü blocks/AiO, and I haven't found anything suitable on Alphacool/EKWB either.
The other question is, why a water cooling system for a 3060? It doesn't produce such a huge waste heat, mostly the air coolers are oversized for the low/mid-end cards anyway and have good temperatures.
Also note --> A WaKüblock (let alone a GPU-AiO) costs a good 150-250.- (just the block alone!), a complete custom WaKü for CPU+GPU costs about as much as this card.
