For the 3080 & 3090, 650 watts are definitely not enough. Nvidia recommends 750 watts, but you are only on the safe side with an 850 watt power supply. In my opinion, 650 watts is sufficient for a 3060.
An adapter is the wrong solution! The mains cable is plugged in, so the whole cable can be exchanged for one with the correct plug. This variant only has advantages for you. For example, the plug is not so bulky. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. As a rule, it is sufficient to connect the 8pin (CPU_PWR1) on the mainboard to the power supply unit. The second connection (CPU_PWR2) with only 4 pins is only required for very power-hungry CPUs. Use both 4-pin connectors together as one cable to be able to equip an 8-pin connector on the mainboard. You can equip the 4pin of the mainboard with the remaining cable, but as already mentioned, this does not necessarily have to be the case.
