Connecting MacBook Pro 16'' to Apple Cinema Display 23'' I have a new MacBook Pro 16''. And I have an Apple Cinema Display 23'' with a DVI connection. I have already tried two USB-C to DVI adapters and none of them worked (1. Delock (USB-Type-C male -> DVI 24+5 female), 2. LMP USB-C to DVI (I don't have the exact details anymore, as I already sent it back). Does anyone know of an adapter that actually works? It should already exist, right? Many thanks for the help.

Hello. If anyone is interested, I have found a working solution at least for my constellation. I already had this part here: LMP Mini (HDMI, 49W, USB Type C, USB A) Now I just needed this adapter to go with it: Apple HDMI to (DVI, 10cm) Now it works. So DVI to HDMI and then from HDMI to USB-C seems to work in this exact constellation. Finally, the nice man on the phone at www.platzhalter.ch/ was able to help me. I asked my question very straightforwardly on the phone and received an answer. No one at Apple support knew anything about it, nor did other authorised sellers...
