Unfortunately we cannot give any answers, the device has never been used, but I will try to give you some answers anyway:
- the device charges itself on the UBS
- it does not need thermal paper
- no maintenance is necessary
- connection to the PC via UBS cable possible

You need the computer. From there it will synchronise with the scanner (via wifi or USB cable) and can auto-save to a Google Drive or mapped network folder.
