Pretty much the only game I play is CS:GO, and this PC should easily be enough for that game, right?
That's easily enough for CS:GO. I would even recommend that you don't buy a Ryzen 5 1600, but a Ryzen 3 1300X, which can easily handle it and save you even more money. According to various sources, you should even get over 144 Hz at 1080 p.
