Basically good.

However, I would install a somewhat smaller power supply unit - 500W is easily enough. Corsair makes good power supplies, I've already installed a few.
be quiet! System Power 8 (500W)

I have seen a graphics card -> GTX 960 176.-, I would recommend.
ASUS GTX 960 STRIX DC2OC (4GB, entry-level)

If you NEVER gamble, i.e. only Facebook, WinWord etc., something like this will do:
EVGA GeForce GT1030 (2GB, entry-level)

What about an optical drive or do you NEVER use CD's? something like this.
ASUS DRW-24D5MT

Ram: 8GB would never be enough for me, maybe 2x8Gb at 2666Mhz.
Mainboard RamOC I am not a fan of. You don't notice the difference between 2666 and 3200 anyway, it probably only causes problems.

About the memory.
Are 240GB enough for you? If you gamble, you install 3 better games and then it's full. Therefore think about something like this:
WD Blue (1000GB, 3.5", Desktop)

Windows license?

My comments:
Power supply: Absolute rubbish, it's a Chinese firecracker! Buy something of higher quality, e.g. the Be quiet! Pure Power 10.
Graphics card: this model is far too expensive for an RX 560, if you don't have a Free Sync Monitor, you'd be better off with a GTX 1050 TI.
Otherwise, I think the configuration is good.
