For HDR10 and Dolby Vision on an ultra-short-throw projection screen, it is important to use a suitable screen, such as a screen with Ceiling Light Rejecting (CLR) technology, which improves colour saturation, contrast and black levels, especially in the presence of ambient light. So it's not just the projector that manages HDR quality; the canvas plays a key role in correctly rendering these HDR formats, particularly by improving contrast and perceived brightness. The CLR 3 screen, for example, is specially designed for ultra-short-throw projectors and offers a significant improvement in contrast (up to 75 times more than standard white screens), better management of ambient light and faithful colour reproduction, which is essential if you want to take full advantage of HDR10 and Dolby Vision. In short, to take full advantage of HDR10 and Dolby Vision with an ultra-short-throw projector, you need a specific screen such as the one with CLR technology, which optimises image quality as a complement to the projector.

Hello. The screen looks grey from the front but it's an anti-reflection technology. Seen from below it is white. No the screen is mounted with the frame because the frame allows to hang the springs to stretch the screen. On the other hand it is possible not to put the black border (visible external frame around the screen) if that is the question.

Hello, I have the same screen and only hooked in at 2 points. My tip would be to fix the 2 corners at the bottom to the wall with black Patafix. That's how I did it. Just stick enough Patafix on so that it doesn't come loose again because of the weight. Good luck! Greetings

The delivery dates are set by the suppliers, as we do not store these products ourselves, we are unfortunately unable to accelerate this. Many of the suppliers' warehouses are abroad, so the delivery dates for this product, for example, are 9-12 working days.

More important than the sitting distance is the projection distance. For me, this is 6.5 m, sitting distance is 6 m and vignetting is not noticeable. I have just moved to your 2.8 m, the vignetting is slightly noticeable, but in my opinion not disturbing - the size of the screen (135") bothers me more ;-). Conclusion: look for a sufficiently large projection distance (manufacturer recommends a factor of 1.5 to the diagonal), the seat distance is then less important.

According to the manufacturer, the screen is not suitable for short-throw projectors. Here is the information from the manufacturer: This type of screen is not suitable for ultra-short-throw UST projectors. (ultra-short-throw "ultra-short distance") In the category screens for UST projectors you will find the suitable products: https://www.elitescreens.ch/leinwaende...
