We regret that the item appears to have reached the end of its life cycle after 2 years. For many items, the minimum service life is expected by the manufacturer. With electronic products, it is rarer for items to function for 10 years.
For us, the same thing led to a warranty claim

I use the unit in my band room, which cools down to about 10 degrees in winter. The ecoQ20L works without problems even then and dehumidifies accordingly. Working range from 5-32 degrees, as Ms Zimmerhakl wrote.
Yes. The water then flows directly into the hose.
Yes, it has a connection and a lead-through for a hose above the water tank. However, the hose is not included in the delivery.
