This is the gold version with a suction power of 140 AW. The linked version is the yellow/nickel version with a suction power of 150 AW, and the more expensive version also comes with a hair nozzle and a flex adapter.
This Dyson has a multi-stage filtration system
Dyson's fully sealed filtration system traps 99.97% of 0.1 micron particles and allergens - and blows out cleaner air than the room air you breathe. There is no need for an additional Hepa filter. The Dyson absolute is the lightest and is equipped with hair detangling technology designed for pet owners. The Detect Slim Total clean is also equipped with a high efficiency Hepa filter.

The V11 Torque Drive floor brush is not officially compatible with the V12 Detect Slim. The V7-V11 accessories are interchangeable, but the V12 uses a newer design. Dyson experts confirm that older accessories often do not fit with newer models as the connections change.
If you are unsure, I recommend using the supplied V12 floor brush or asking the manufacturer directly for compatibility lists. The V12 series has an optimised floor brush with anti-hair wrap function that has been specially developed for this model.

Well - this question cannot be answered seriously, as the V12 (after the V15) was not launched in the USA until spring 2022. And yes, I've had the appliance for over 2 years and I don't think the suction power has diminished. How often you have to replace the filter depends on how often you use it. We have 4 dogs with long hair in the house. I have replaced the filter twice. Never the battery. And the running time is still very good. The filter has to be washed out under water when prompted by the appliance.
The dust container of the Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute is relatively small, which can lead to frequent emptying, especially in larger living spaces or when cleaning up after pets.
- The dust container has a volume of around 0.38 litres (or 0.4 quarts).
- With a home of around 100 square metres and a dog, the container could fill up quickly, especially if the dog sheds a lot of fur or if the home is very dirty.
- It is advisable to empty the dust container regularly to ensure optimum hoover performance.
