Questions about Dreame L20 Ultra Complete

I was so looking forward to today's delivery, it said that 10 units had been ordered and I had a delivery date of 28 January and then 23 January, but now they suddenly say that the part is out of stock: I wonder how serious Galaxus is about this. But now they suddenly have 10 of the other version without extras, which suddenly costs 200 more. It's annoying!

Hello The wipe pads keep falling off. A lot even directly in front of the station. What could be the reason for this? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hello Ultra and Complete are specified with different sizes, battery life etc., they are both the same devices, only the scope of delivery is different or? When will the device be available again? I don't want to order from another supplier :-( Many thanks and regards

Isn't the warranty on the Dreame website 3 years? And yours says 2? Your picture actually also says 3 years? What is correct now?

Are the mop pads on your robots continuously moistened during cleaning/wiping after they have been moistened in the dock after washing? I stopped the cleaning and installed dry mops because I suspected that they were no longer being moistened after washing in the dock. These did not get wet during cleaning before the robot went back to the dock to clean. It has about 3 nozzles under the mops but 2 remain dry.... Thanks for any feedback

Hi , when i press the cleaning button on the base station my Dreame L20 will only vacuum and not mop . Is there a way to get it to mop as well when not using the app and just pressing the button on the base station my?

The Velcro on the Mop holder fell off and was lost. How can this be replaced? I can't seem to find new holders or Velcro. Thank you.

How high can the Dream overcome door thresholds? My current Roomba usually just about manages it, but sometimes it gets trapped in the bathroom and can't get out. That's why one of my main reasons for buying a new robot hoover would be whether it can safely negotiate my doorsteps so that it can clean the whole flat and all the rooms without manual intervention. Does anyone have any experience or even a comparison with other robots like Roomba?
