The longer it wipes the less wet it gets, does anyone have any tips? I suspect a problem with the integrated water tank. Is there any way to get to it?

Have a look at the bottom of the suction cup (by the pads). There is a small hole where the water comes out. If this becomes calcified, less water will come out.
