Swisscom is discontinuing 3G at the end of 2025. Now my recently purchased Doro 4100H has been assessed by Swisscom as follows: This device does not support emergency calls via 4G / 5G and can only establish connections to the three-digit emergency phone numbers via the 3G network. After the 3G switch-off, emergency calls are no longer possible with this device. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thank you

is this equipped with a 4G SIM slot for the mobile network (3FF)? The technical descriptions are still a bit "meagre".... Thanks for letting me know. I would need it for Sunrise/Swisscom network but 3G or higher and not like 2G (which is discontinued and will be switched off)...

Very lousy description indeed. Why do they not link manuals? 3G probably won't work much longer either, so it should be 4G/LTE-capable. Why do you think this is not described? Maybe it's an old 2G shop keeper?

We were happy to check with the supplier and found out that this phone is 4G / LTE capable. We do not provide manuals for all items, but we will pass on the input to improve the description, thank you for the advice.
