I first connected the car radio with the "standard" Din adapter, it worked but I noticed some malfunctions (backlight impossible to adjust and the car radio did not switch on/off automatically when turning on the ignition).
I found the exact part number for the CAN-Bus adapter on the website "www.rta-mobile.com". The adapter cannot be supplied with the car radio because it depends on the vehicle.

On my VW transporter I had to install the double Din front panel element which fits perfectly on the dashboard.
