Hello, we have purchased this warranty but activation is not possible. A message says that the drone was purchased more than 48 hours ago. It was purchased three days before the warranty activation trial. We didn't see this warning on your site and we didn't know that there was this 48-hour deadline after the drone was purchased. What can we do or what can you do? Thank you for your help!
