The express option allows customers to completely skip the damage assessment process. A DJI service center will send you a replacement device immediately upon receiving the damaged drone, so you can get back in the air as quickly as possible.

A replacement product is available in case of accidental water damage during proper use. Enjoy prompt support and receive priority replacement devices to dramatically reduce the time until your next flight.

DJI Care Refresh provides up to two replacement devices within a year, for a small additional fee. Various accidental damages, such as those caused by collisions or contact with water, are covered. The replacement devices are equivalent in performance and reliability to a new device.

DJI support is managed by experts and is just a phone call away. If you are in the region where you purchased your aircraft, DJI will cover the shipping costs.
