In the app, you can currently only add Hue products (via bridge, of course) and Sonos products, but there is an API that leaves pretty much all possibilities open if you already have any home automation in use.

No, the base unit for flush mounting from Dingz does not come with the front with switch and motion sensor. It must be equipped separately with the dingz front in order to utilise the full functions such as switch and motion sensor.

A very good question, to which I would also like an answer. Makes no sense and I order individually!
Yes, shutters (and also dimmers) can be moved to any position.
(In the app approximately, via the website and via the REST API exactly to a certain position).
In short: No.
Long: In principle it is possible, but not "out of the box", because as far as I know Logitech has still not managed to implement HTTP requests or WebHooks. It only works with home automation (e.g. Home Assistant) and some workarounds.
PS.: I haven't owned a Harmony for about a year for this and other reasons, so this statement is based on the state of 2018/2019 ;)

Yes, with Long-Press the blinds are set in steps. This is surprisingly convenient, because it gives you some time to let go of the switch when the desired inclination is reached.
