The software supplied is only compatible with Windows. However, during recording on the USB stick, only an MP3 file is created (1file/LP). The software is then used to cut this file into individual tracks on the computer and to provide these with MP3 tags. For Mac, there is freeware with which you can do the same, e.g. AudioSlicer for splitting into individual tracks and Tagger for the MP3 tags.

Digitec does not offer the original replacement needle and i also don't know any other supplier in switzerland that has it.
But i can recommend you the following stylus, which should fit your system:
