Questions about De'Longhi Magnifica

Looking for brewing unit for De'Longhi ESAM 3200 Magnifica. Which one fits this machine?

Does this machine also have rinsing processes after making coffee, when queuing up, when putting down ..... so that you have to empty the water tank all the time (like the Philips machine you just bought - very tedious). Thank you for the information.
