I bought the De Longhi Lattissima Touch about 2 years ago. The problem is that the arm (or nozzle) of the milk container has cracked (I don't know why, because I always clean it by hand, so I don't put it in the dishwasher). Now, of course, the milk always spills out. I can't find a spare part anywhere. Is there not one? Thank you for your answer. Cécile

I recently ordered this machine from galaxus. I am now trying to set the water hardness. According to the instructions, I have to press the lungo and milk foam button for 3 seconds. But when I do this, it immediately starts preparing the lungo - just as it would if the milk foam button didn't work. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there something defective?

Your machine is in order. The procedure for setting the water hardness is correctly described. BUT: Point 4 requires that the two buttons be pressed "simultaneously". There is absolutely no leeway here: "simultaneously" must really be implemented in this way. There must not be 10 seconds between the touching of these keys! My procedure: two fingers hover over the keys - and lower themselves "simultaneously"! That works. Never before have I had to implement "simultaneously" so uncompromisingly with any device. Have fun - you will succeed.
