Correct, the EC785 model has gray color while the EC685 has a silver color of the product. And the EC785 model comes with the following two accessories : Coffee tamper and Milk jug. Apart from that, they have the same power and same functions.
Because there are different colours. It does not have the colour as in the first picture but the one from the 2nd picture. But I would recommend the machine at any time!
I had the same problem, even after descaling and cleaning several times.
In my case it was a small hole in the strainer that was blocked.
Hello, no this machine does not have a Swiss plug. You have to buy it additionally in the Jumbo
