Can you please help me? NZXT AC-IUSBH-M1 has only one Molex connector and I only have Sata free and PCie on the power supply. Can I use this adapter with my Sata connections to connect the USB hub? According to the photos it should work? I've been looking for a suitable adapter for an hour.

This is not a USB adapter, it is a power connector for internal sata drives. What are you looking for?

Turning it over is always possible, but it doesn't do much good. The connections would then be wrong (m/f). But this cable is already SATA -> Molex.....

Is it possible to reverse this cable? My power supply does not have a Molex connector but Sata, so can I also reverse it so that I have a Molex connector?

You don't have to turn it around. The way you describe it, the connections are already correct, from SATA to Molex. Take a look at the pictures and then at your SATA connection.
