According to the manufacturer, 2 years Dell pick-up and bring-in service is also included with us. You can therefore contact the manufacturer directly in the event of a warranty claim.

As you can see from the specifications, the device has a Thunderbolt 3 port, which is also a Type-C port.
No, the keyboard layout shown in the pictures seems like the US layout but it actually comes with the Swiss Layout.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this notebook with another keyboard layout. You can change the language of Windows in the settings. As you can see in the specifications the following languages are available:
DE, FR, IT, EN
The device has a Swiss plug.
